THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 402 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This Contempt Case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents of the Order dated 05.12.2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3460 of 2009, whereunder the case of the petitioner for appointing her as an Anganwadi worker, prospectively taking into account her present qualification, was directed to be considered. As against the Order dated 05.12.2014, Writ Appeal No. 64 of 2026 was filed. The Division Bench closed the said Writ Appeal taking into consideration the assertion made before it to the effect that, by proceedings dated 12.08.2015, the Child Development Project Officer, ICDS Project, Sadasivpet, Medak District had considered the case of the petitioner and rejected her claim. The Division Bench had also given the petitioner an opportunity to challenge the said Order dated 12.08.2015, if she is so aggrieved. Since the Contempt Case was filed on 25.02.2015, there was no occasion for the petitioner to mention about the Order dated 12.08.2015.

Be that as it may, in view of the Order dated 12.08.2015, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Case and it is accordingly, dismissed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
