A perusal of the record would reveal that the transactions mentioned in the complaint were related to registration which was done in the year 2008. The de facto complainant alleges that his father was cheated into the registration of the said land. Since the disputes pertaining to the sale of land, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Police to conclude the investigation by considering the explanation given by the petitioners herein. Needles to say that the petitioners shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer by furnishing information and documents as sought by him in concluding the investigation.
