HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.15067 OF 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 02.07.2014 passed in O.A. No.4003 of 2014 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal'), whereby the Tribunal has granted interim relief directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the writ petitioner dated 31.07.2013 as per rules, within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the order.

Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents informed this Court that the representation dated 31.07.2013 filed by the writ petitioner has been rejected, vide order dated 08.06.2017. Thus, the order dated 02.07.2014 passed by the Tribunal in O.A. No.4003 of 2014 has been complied with.

Since the direction passed by the Tribunal was on 02.07.2014, however, complied with on 08.06.2017, we grant liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.06.2017 before the appropriate forum available under law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
