This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioners, assailing the order, dated 30.01.2014, of the learned Principal District Judge, Kadapa, passed in C.M.A.No.24 of 2012.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the dismissal of the C.M.A. on 13.10.2016 by the trial Court, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. 3.

Recording the submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
