HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33366 of 2018 ORDER:
1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fifth respondent in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2018 seeking issuance of pattadar pass book in respect of land admeasuring Ac.3.00 in Sy.No.218/ 8 of Raghunadhapalem Village, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District, as illegal, unjust and arbitrary. 2) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though he made a representation on 28.05.2018, till date the fifth respondent is not issued the e-pattadar pass book. 3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) would submit that a direction may be given to the respondent-authorities to deal with the representation.
4) Having regard to the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the fifth respondent to deal with the representation, dated 28.05.2018, made by the petitioner seeking issuance of e-pattadar pass book, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a
period of three to six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
