In this writ petition, the petitioner - School questions the memo dated 21.04.2010 issued by respondent No.2 directing to handover certificates of certain students. Smt C.Sindu Kumari, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the matter has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
