HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Appeal No.359 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal, by the State of Andhra Pradesh, is directed against the order dated 29.5.2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 14715 of 2014.

We are not recording any reasons for setting aside the impugned order and remanding the matter for hearing and deciding the writ petition afresh, in view of the consent given by the learned counsel for the parties. Hence, we pass the following order: "The order dated 29.5.2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 14715 of 2014 is set aside. The writ petition is restored to file. The registry is directed to place the writ petition before the appropriate Court for admission in motion list, within a period of two weeks from today. We request the learned single Judge to hear the writ petition for admission and/or final disposal at the stage of admission at the earliest. The parties are directed to maintain status-quo as on today for a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that we have not considered merits of the case. All contentions of the parties are kept open." The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand

disposed of.
