Afroz Khan v. Reshma Begum
THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.420 OF 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) No representation for the appellant.
2.
As seen from the material placed on record, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed by the appellant seeking to condone the delay of 800 days in filing the appeal. On 27.09.2018, learned counsel for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw the said application with a liberty to file a better affidavit assigning reasons for the delay caused in filing the appeal. This Court dismissed the said I.A. as withdrawn, granting liberty as sought for. But, however, till date, no better affidavit has been filed. 3.
In view of these circumstances, it appears that the appellant has no interest to pursue the matter.
4.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for default.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr. SHAMEEM AKTHER, J ___________________ JUVVADI SRIDEVI, J Date: 20.04.2022 ssp
