THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR and THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS APPEAL SUIT No.859 of 2010 JUDGMENT: (per SK, J) Sri B. Nalin Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed letter dated 24.10.2016 to the Registry stating that the parties had settled the matter before the lower Court and had instructed him to withdraw the appeal.

Recording the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim stay dated 13.12.2010 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
