Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if directions are issued to the Pollution Control Board to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.5.2015, without examining the merits of the case.

Hence, we dispose of this writ petition by the following order:

"Respondent No.3-Pollution Control Board shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 13.5.2015, on merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously. It is made clear that we have not examined merits of the representation and we hope and trust that the Pollution Control Board shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation, uninfluenced by this order."
