THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3895 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 124 of 2013 on the file of Ghatkesar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 20.09.2013 before the I Metropolitan Magistrate, Hasthinapuram and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 60 of 2014. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for trail on 14.05.2015.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
