HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33352 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not updating the land admeasuring Ac.8.14 cents in Sy.No.521/ 1 of Nagambatlapalem Village, Tallur Mandal, Prakasham District in the online web on the name of the petitioner in pursuance of his representation dated 09.02.2018, as illegal, unjust and arbitrary.

2) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though he made a representation on 09.02.2018, till date the authorities are not incorporating his name in the web land.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) would submit that since the issue requires consideration, reasonable time may be given for considering the representation.

4) Having regard to the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to deal with the representation dated 09.02.2018, made by the petitioner seeking incorporation of his name in the revenue records after considering the documents filed, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three to six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
