SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.12980 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.5 and 6 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.298 of 2010, pending on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gudur, S.P.S.R. Nellore District (for short, 'the trial Court'), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7(1), 2(ia)(m) R/w.Section 16(1)(a)(i) of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners reports that the complaint has been dismissed by the trial Court, as per the instructions received by him. 4.

Hence, recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is closed as no further orders are required.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
