This company application is filed seeking the following reliefs: (i) Direct the respondents herein to produce the register of assigned land in respect of Ac.2-53 cents in Survey No.201 situated at Mallampeta village, Bobbili Mandal, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh.

(ii) Order the costs of this application do come of the funds of the company (in liqn.); and (iii) Pass such further order or orders as this Hon' ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. 2.

Pursuant to the notice issued, the learned Government Pleader Sri Veera Swamy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 produced the assignment Register with respect to the land in issue before this Court. Inasmuch as the assignment Register was produced, no further orders are necessary in this company application.

In those circumstances, the company application is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
