This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.587 of 2016 on the fie of the learned XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, against the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has submitted a copy of e-Courts proceedings stating that C.C.No.587 of 2016 compromised before Lokadalath on 01.08.2022.

The same is recorded.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Criminal Petition is already been
defeated, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous. 06.
In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications in this matter, if any, shall stand closed.
