HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CIVIL REVISION PETITON No. 74 of 2013 O R D E R:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 01.11.2012 passed in CMA No.3 of 2009 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Addanki, wherein learned Senior Civil Judge allowed the CMA by setting aside the status-quo order dated 07.04.2009 passed in IA No.689 of 2007 in OS No.126 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Addanki and granting temporary injunction in favour of Respondent No.2. 2.

Heard Sri I.Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri Venkateswarlu Chakkilam, learned counsel for the Respondents. 3.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned Counsel for the Respondents conceded that this Revision Petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit itself expeditiously by directing the parties to maintain status-quo till then. 4.

In that view of the matter, the trial court is directed to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Addanki to dispose of the suit in OS No.126 of 2007, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Till then, status-quo shall be maintained by both the parties in respect of the suit schedule property. 5.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand dismissed.
