THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14183 of 2015 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of respondents 4 and 5 in calling the petitioner to the police station in civil disputes and threatening him as illegal and arbitrary Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On written instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home stated that on receipt of a written complaint made by the petitioner against his brother, the police had made an entry in the Station General Diary and after conducting preliminary enquiry into the matter, the dispute is purely civil in nature, the petitioner is advised to seek redressal in a competent civil Court. Therefore, writ petition is devoid of merits and is, accordingly, dismissed.
