Bhagyasri, Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw O.A. No.946 of 2015 on the file of Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. Consequent on the A.P. Administrative Tribunal ceasing to exercise jurisdiction over the State of Telangana with effect from 16.09.2016, all OAs pertaining to the State of Telangana were transferred to the High Court and O.A. No.946 of 2015 is now numbered as W.P. (TR). No.3289 of 2017. As Ms. M. Bhagyasri, Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw W.P. (TR). No.3289 of 2017, the said Writ Petition i.e., W.P. (TR) No.3289 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn, and W.P. No.10696 of 2017 is disposed of accordingly.
