HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APEAL No. 384 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale)

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks liberty to the appellant to file counter in Writ Petition No. 14281 of 2015 and its hearing on admission before the learned single Judge. She also prays for direction to the learned single Judge to hear the writ petition for admission expeditiously.

Though we are not inclined to issue direction as prayed for, we are satisfied that the following order shall meet the ends of justice: "The appellant to file a counter in the writ petition within a period of one week from today with an advance copy thereof to the advocate for respondent No.1, i.e., the petitioner in the writ petition, and the other respondents. Further, the appellant is also granted liberty to seek expeditious hearing of the writ petition for admission and if any such application is made, we request the learned single Judge to hear the writ petition for admission expeditiously."

With these observations, the writ appeal is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. _________________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ ________________________ S.V. BHATT, J 03-06-2015 ks
