This writ petition is filed for the following relief - ".....to issue an appropriate writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in proposing to remit the crop insurance premium to the petitioner loan accounts during Khariff Season for the year 2011-12 at the rate of 1% to 16% is illegal, arbitrary, and unjust and consequently direct the respondents not to insist upon the petitioners to pay the insurance premium on the loans advanced by them and pass ...."

In as much as the writ petition relates to rebate that is sought to be deducted for the crop year 2011-2012 and considering the fact that pending disposal of the writ petition this Court by order dated 05.09.2011 directed the respondents not to deduct the crop insurance premium from the petitioners/Members, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
