THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26850 of 2017 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that though the petitioners submitted representations to the Excise Inspector, Srikalahasti earlier for redressal of their grievance, they now want to submit a representation afresh to the Superintendent of Prohibition and Excise, Tirupati, Chittoor District, second respondent. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation.
The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioners to submit similar representation to the second respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for redressal of their grievance, and if any such representation is submitted, the second respondent shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.
AVSS, J W.P.No.26850 of 2017 Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 10th AUGUST, 2017.
