THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11657 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in harassing the petitioner by visiting her flat situated in Flat No.503, Pragathi Residency Apartment, Road No.12, Bharathinagar, Vijayawada, pursuant to registration of FIR No.169 of 2017.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a cancer patient and the fifth respondent has been harassing the petitioner without following due process of law. Since a crime is already registered against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the investigation process, but directs the fifth respondent to follow due process of law, including compliance with Section 41-A Cr.P.C while investigating the crime.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 03.04.2017 vs
