O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Station House Officer, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, in conducting investigation in Cr.No.407 of 2018, which was registered based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police Chaitanyapuri Police Station, dated 17.09.2018, stating that during the course of investigation, notice under Sections 91/ 160 of Cr.P.C. dated 11.07.2018 was issued to the petitioner to produce relevant documents in support of their claim and the Tahsildar Saroornagar mandal was addressed letter dated 13.07.

2018 to conduct survey and to fix boundaries by deputing Mandal Surveyor, and in turn the he sent letter dated 25.07.2018 stating that the entire land bearing No.9/ 1/ F is covered by residential colonies, but no vacant land is existing on ground. It is further stated that to complete investigation, two months time is required and that after completion of investigation, report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. will be filed before the court. Recording the above statement, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to secure the presence of the accused and complete investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file appropriate report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. before the court concerned.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
