This criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the C.C.No.281 of 2008 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad (for short, 'the trial Court') in respect of the petitioner/A3, which was taken on file for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC. Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, reports that the C.C. was dismissed for default in the trial Court and hence this petition has become infructuous.
