When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case has been referred as 'Action Dropped' on 03.06.2017 and a final report is filed before the learned J.F.C.M., Bhadrachalam, Khammam District, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
