ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner-Accused No.2 to quash the proceedings against him in S.C.No.l26 of 202t pending on the file of U Fast Track Special Couft for Expeditious Disposal of Cases of Rape and Protection of Child against Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act at Khammam. The offence alleged against him is under Section 21 o1' POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime seeks permission or this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition to agitate all the 3rounds that are raised before this Court by filing discharge application before the concerned Court. 3.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to say, in the event of the petitioner - Accused No.2 filing an application seeking discharge, the concerned Court shall dispose it of on merits after hearing arguments within a period of four (04) weeks.
