1 This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 22.08.2012 passed in M.C.No.38 of 2011 on the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision case with liberty to avail remedies available to her under law, including filing of petition under Section 127 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. Permission is accorded.
