HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33341 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent-R.D.O, in not taking any action on the proceedings dated 4.11.2017, issued by the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, as arbitrary and illegal.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the husband of the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.2.00 cents, situated at Sy.No.91/1A, Yeddanapudi Village, through a registered document No.951/1996, his name was not found either in the revenue record and online record and the name of one Bandarupalli Ramanamma is appearing in the revenue record. It is stated that the petitioner has also submitted her representation on 9.10.2017, requesting the respondents to rectify the defects in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, but the respondents did not take any action so far. Hence, the present writ petition came to be filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that the respondents have passed orders in RCB 85/2017 dated 7.6.2018, on the representation dated 9.10.2017, submitted by the petitioner and the respondent-authorities, may be directed to communicate a copy of the said proceedings, to the petitioner forthwith. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3, to communicate the copy of the orders said to have been passed in RCB 85/2017 dated 7.6.2018, to the petitioner forthwith.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
