HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.20840 of 2015 ORDER:

Smt. Akella Padma, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.07.01.2019 before the Registry, which reads as follows:

"The above Writ Petition was filed and sought for relief of the releasing deposited amount of the deceased father of the petitioner from the respondent Bank, but the petitioner proposing to compromise with the respondent Bank for full and final settlement of the deposited amount. Hence, the petitioner has taken a decision to withdraw the writ petition.

Hence, it is prayed that the office may be post the above writ petition in tomorrow's cause list for withdrawal."

In view of the above said letter dt.07.01.2019, permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
