This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.29.1.2016 in W.P.M.P. No.3291 of 2016 in W.P. No.2621 of 2016. After arguing the case, Mr. Srikanth Hariharan, learned counsel representing Mr. V. Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the contempt case.
