THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39170 of 2015 ORDER :

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is that in the marks memo issued by the 1st respondent-University, it is shown as if the petitioner had secured zero marks in the internal examinations of 4th year II Semester for all subjects.

2. Petitioner contends that this is a mistake since the petitioner had written all the internal examinations and it is absurd to say that he would secure zero marks therein. Petitioner further contended that he ascertained from his College-Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology that internal marks were sent to the 1st respondentUniversity on 28.05.2011 but they had not been included in the marks memo issued by the 1st respondent-University. Petitioner had given a representation dt.10.09.2015 to the 1st respondent in this regard but the same has not been considered by the 1st respondent.

3. Sri Deepak Battacharjee, Standing Counsel for respondents states that the 1st respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.10.09.2015 within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
