Mr. Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy, counsel for petitioner, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent decisions of respondents including any notification issued under Section 22A of the Registration Act. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting leave as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
