2019-11-08P.Keshava Rao1 pages

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2623 of 2013 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not investigating the complaint in FIR.No.341/2012 dated 17.08.2012 for the offences under Sections 447, 468, 471, 419 and 420 IPC is arbitrary, illegal and opposed to the principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to initiate the investigation of the FIR in Cr.No.341/2012 dated 17.08.2012 and complete the investigation expeditiously and take action against the accused persons as per law."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the parties i.e., the complainant and the accused compromised the matter before the Lok Adalath on 21.11.2014 when it is at crime stage itself. Thereby the matter was closed.

In these circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. _____________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J Date: 08.11.2019.
