This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of Order, dated 30-12-2013, in WP.No.38505 of 2013, by the respondent.

On 28-08-2015, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the case has been adjourned to today. Even today, when the case is called, no one appeared for the petitioner.

It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not

interested in pursuing his cause in this Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
