There was no representation when the matter was called in the morning. Even in the afternoon, there is no representation. In fact, on 12.12.2017 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. However, since the notices are already served on respondents 2 and 3, this Court ordered fresh notices to the respondents 4 and 5. Even today also, there is no representation. This criminal petition pertains to the year 2011 and even till date, notices are not served on some of the respondents. It appears that the petitioners are also not interested even to serve the notices on the respondents and to prosecute the present proceedings.

Therefore, the criminal petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
