Mr. B.Mayur Reddy, learned standing counsel representing Indian Oil Corporation Limited produced copy of the letter dated 30.06.2016 to which Xerox copy of the cheque issued in favour of the petitioner refunding the amount as directed by this Court is annexed. In view of the same, contempt case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
