HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33444 OF 2018 ORDER :

This petition filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in taking action with regard to the irregularities committed in the process of distribution of the lands to Scheduled Caste Landless Poor Agricultural Women Labourers under Land Purcahse Scheme, in Utukuru Village, Vidavaluru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, in contravention of the guidelines specified in G.O.Ms.No.65, Social Welfare (SCP) Department, dated 22.09.2015, inspite of the written representations dated 25.08.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. It is not stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as to what is the personal interest of the petitioner in the subject issue; and that the issue in writ petition is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed granting liberty to avail remedy of PIL. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
