THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.9880 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.14 of 2013 on the file of III Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Magistrate, Tirupati, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 423, 384, 468, 471 & 503 IPC.

Though, several contentions were raised in this petition at the time of admission, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to issue necessary directions to the Magistrate to dispose of C.C.No.14 of 2013 in accordance with law, though the said petition is of the year 2013 and the trail in the said case is not yet commended and requested this Court to pass appropriate orders. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration of the age of case, I deem it appropriate to direct the III Additional Junior Civil Judge-cumMagistrate, Tirupati to dispose of C.C.No.14 of 2013 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of, without touching the merits of the case.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
