THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.6514 OF 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.359 of 2009 on the file of the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar, Cyberabad.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail remedies available to them under law. Permission is accorded.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are facing much difficulty to attend the Court on each and every date of adjournment.

4. There is no dispute with regard to the identity of the petitioners. Even if the presence of the petitioners is dispensed with, no prejudice would be caused to the 1st respondent. Therefore, presence of the petitioners-A2 to A4 in C.C.No.359 of 2009 on the file of the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar, Cyberabad is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, they shall appear before the trial Court as and when their presence is so required.
