When the matter was listed on 05.10.2017, none appears for the petitioners and this Court directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even when the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.
