The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 03.07.2015, passed in I.A.No.708 of 2010 in A.S.No.40 of 2006 on the file of learned XIV Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main Appeal Suit itself was dismissed for default on 13.04.2018, whereas, the present revision petition was filed on 26.08.2015.
3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.
4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the request, in case, the said A.S. is restored to file.
