It is brought to the notice of the Court that the Government Pleader for Revenue for the State of Andhra Pradesh entered appearance about three years back and now Mr.D.Krishna, Assistant Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) requests time to engage another Advocate. The writ petition is of the year, 2013 and is continuously shown in the cause list for the past two weeks. This Court is of the view that the request now made is more convenient than a bona fide request.

No representation for petitioner.

The Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
