THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2993 OF 2022 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff challenging the docket order dated 09.12.2022 passed by the learned Principal District Civil Judge, Sangareddy in CFR. No.1933 of 2022 in O.S. No.Nil of 2022.

This Court vide order dated 02.12.2022 has allowed a batch of C.R.Ps vide C.R.P.Nos.2447, 2595 and 2708 of 2022 wherein similar issue was involved.

Having regard to the above, the order under revision dated 09.12.2022 is set aside and the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The learned Principal District Judge, Sangareddy District is directed to number the suit.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
