THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26029 of 2017 ORDER:
It is the case of the writ petitioner that the respondents 3 & 4 are harassing the petitioner and interfering with the civil disputes at the instance of respondents 5 & 6.
2.
Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that what all has been asked from the petitioner is to produce the necessary documents as they had informed that there are civil disputes.
3.
Taking into consideration of the respective submissions, it is made clear that the respondents 3 & 4 shall issue a written requisition to the petitioner for the necessary particulars or necessary clarifications, which they seek to elicit from the petitioner rather than in writing. It is made clear that without there being any written notice to appear, the respondents 3 & 4 shall not order the presence of the petitioner to be present in the police station. 4.
Subject to the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
