HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33427 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not taking any action on the representation dated 25.07.2018, made by the petitioners for eventual assignments in respect of land admeasuring Ac.19.50 cents in Sy.No.1/ 1 of Pellakur Village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as illegal and arbitrary.

2) The grievance of the petitioners is that though they made representation on 25.07.2018, till date no orders are passed.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) submits a direction may be given to the Collector to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to deal with the representation dated 25.07.2018, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three to five months from the

date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
