HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No. 1535 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks action under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for the alleged willful disobedience of the order, dated 01.06.2015, passed in W.P.No.10026 of 2015. We have perused the order, dated 01.06.2015, whereby respondent No.2 - District Collector, Ranga Reddy District, was directed to consider the petitioner's representation and initiate action against respondent Nos.5 to 7 after giving an opportunity of being heard. Sri Bhaskar Reddy, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submits that an action in pursuance of the above order has already been initiated. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this contempt case. Contempt case is accordingly closed.
