Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that neither FIR is registered nor investigation is taken up on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 28-02-2015.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that on 04-03-2015 the respondent police had bind over both the parties, who are creating galata with regard to the land admeasuring Ac.4-28 gts. in Sy.Nos.528/B2 and 688 situated at Mudavaram Village, Bethamcherla Mandal, Kurnool District and produced them before the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Bethamcherla vide M.C.No.10 of 2015, dated 04-03-2015 and the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Bethamcherla, issued proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. Subsequently, the petitioner filed complaint, dated 06-03-2015, based on which a case in Cr.No.53 of 2015 is registered. The said crime is stated to be under investigation and statements of some of the witnesses are recorded and some more witnesses are proposed to be examined.

In view of that, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
