When the matter was taken up on 15.11.2018, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted on 29.11.2018. On 29.11.2018 also none appeared for the petitioner and, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today the matter is appearing under the said caption. In spite of the same, none appeared for the petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf. This indicates that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
