THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.448 OF 2014 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioner - appellant No.1 assailing the order, dated 28.11.2013, of the learned VI Additional District Judge, Siddipet, passed in I.A.No.414 of 2012 in A.S.No.20 of 2011.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner - appellant No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.8 are present. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of disposal of the appeal, the revision petition has become infructuous.

The Registry of this Court also brings to the notice of the Court that the appeal itself was disposed of by the first appellate Court on 06.02.2015.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
