HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO W.P.No.45409 OF 2022 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) Challenging the action of the respondents in cancelling the admission of the petitioner in BHMS Course for the academic year 2021-22 on the ground that the petitioner has not cleared the NEET examination, the present writ petition has been filed.

A perusal of the record goes to show that if a student intended to pursue BHMS Course, he/she has to clear NEET examination. Admittedly, the petitioner has not appeared for NEET examination. Hence, the respondents were justified in cancelling the admission of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings issued by the respondents. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
